If you've never been to Montenegro, add it to your list. I was lucky enough to head there for an absolutely breathtaking wedding weekend. I can't thank the clients enough for their energy, their creative brief, and for trusting me to score their weekend.
My job? Create the soundtrack for three events...
1) Welcome party on a catamaran
2) Rehearsal dinner at Lazure Hotel
3) Wedding reception on a hillside vineyard
How'd it go? Well, the surroundings were unbelievable. The weather divine. The energy pristine. But most importantly, the couple and their crew made it feel like I’d known them forever. It was truly a magical weekend.
Musically, this brief was a blessing. For the boat party, the couple wanted Above & Beyond and deep tropical vibes. For the reception, go heavy on Ibiza vibes with a splash of 80’s rock and 00’s indie dance.
I have to get the mixes posted, but in the meantime I'll let the photos and videos below say the rest.
